Returns and Exchanges

Welcome to the section dedicated to the return and exchange policies for SuperYou products purchased on our website. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to provide you with all the necessary information to manage any returns or exchanges in a simple and clear manner.

1) Return Policy

Return Period: Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Product Conditions: To proceed with a return, the product must be in unchanged conditions, unused, in its original packaging, including any labels, seals, and accessories.

Return Procedure

• Notify your intention to return the product by sending

• an email to hello@superyouskin.com, or

• a registered letter with return receipt to: SuperYou di Deseo S.r.l. Via Cavone, 4 80079 - Procida (NA)

• Include in the withdrawal communication: name, surname, customer address, order number and date, description and quantity of items, reasons for the return, and the amount paid.

• Use the following form:

• Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.

• Prepare the package for shipment, including a copy of the withdrawal communication.

• Return the products to Deseo srl without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.

Refund

• The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless otherwise requested by the customer, without any additional cost to the customer.

• The customer will receive a refund of all costs incurred, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs due to more expensive shipping methods than the standard offered).

• The refund may be suspended until the products are received or until the customer proves they have shipped them.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• The product has been opened, compromising its integrity;

• Some elements of the product are missing (e.g., case, cap, dispenser, etc.);

• The product is damaged;

• The goods are returned beyond the maximum 14 working days for the return;

• The right of withdrawal does not extend to the purchase of Gift Cards, so the amount spent on these products will not be refunded.

2) Exchange Policy

Exchange Period: Exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Exchange Conditions: The product for which the exchange is requested must be in unchanged conditions, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Procedure:

• Contact our customer service at hello@superyouskin.com to verify the availability of the desired product.

• Follow the provided instructions for returning the original product and shipping the new one.

Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for the returned product and the new one are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

• Products sealed for hygienic or protective reasons that have been opened are not subject to exchange.

• Customized or tailor-made products cannot be exchanged.

3) Our Advice

Immediate Verification: Upon receipt of the product, we invite you to check it immediately to ensure it conforms to your order and has no defects.

Packaging Preservation: Keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.
